Modern payment tech
Every machine ships with a contactless reader. Your team taps and goes — no scrounging for quarters, no "the bill reader ate my five."
Locally owned · Colorado Springs, CO
Upgrade your workplace amenities with modern, cashless vending solutions. We handle delivery, restocking, and maintenance at $0 cost to you.
No contracts to buy anything. No fees. Typical install within 7–10 days of approval.
02 The footprint
One cabinet, 28.6″ across, on a standard grounded 120V outlet. Configure it cold, frozen or ambient — the footprint never moves.
03 The assembly
Nothing drops and nothing jams, so fresh salads, sandwiches, eggs, ice cream and glass bottles all work on the same shelf.
04 The interface
Two high, two low on opposite corners, every one aimed at the middle of the stack. The AI reads each shelf from more than one angle, so nothing hides behind a bottle — the cart closes and the card is charged once.
05 Payment
Credit and debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay — any NFC tap-to-pay, plus chip and swipe. No coins, no bills, no change to keep on hand and no validator to jam. The card is charged once, when the door closes.
06 Availability
Most sites with 25+ daily visitors qualify. Install lands 7–10 days after approval.
Cold drinks and grab-and-go food, held between 33 and 44 °F. The default for break rooms and lobbies.
No contracts to buy anything. No fees.
Why hosts choose us
We own the machine, stock the product, and service the equipment. You provide the wall space and a standard outlet — that's the whole arrangement.
Every machine ships with a contactless reader. Your team taps and goes — no scrounging for quarters, no "the bill reader ate my five."
100% free placement and servicing. No purchase, no lease, no monthly fee, no repair invoices. We carry the equipment cost — you get the amenity.
Healthy snacks, premium cold drinks and energy boosts — tuned to what your building actually buys. Tell us the requests and we adjust the mix.
Live inventory tells us what sold before you notice a gap. Routes are scheduled off real sell-through data, not a guess on a calendar — so the popular items never disappear for a week.
We're based here, not in a national call-centre queue. Email a real person in Colorado Springs and get a same-day answer — the same person who services your machine.
Four cameras on the door frame cover the cabinet from opposite corners, so a tall bottle never hides the row behind it. That redundancy is why product can go anywhere instead of into assigned lanes.
The canopy runs native video at 1920 × 540 — building announcements, tenant notices or seasonal promos, updated remotely without anyone climbing a ladder.
Watch it work
Tap to unlock, take what you want, close the door. The machine totals only what actually left the shelf — no codes, no coins, no exact change.
How it works
Most placements go live within 7–10 days of approval. Here's the whole process.
A 10-minute walkthrough (or a few photos by text). We look at foot traffic, available wall space and the nearest outlet, then determine the best machine fit for your space.
We deliver, position, level and stock the machine — outside business hours if you prefer. Zero disruption to your workday, and zero cost for the install.
Once the cabinet is in its final spot and powered on, we register the serial number and run activation. Connectivity and cold-chain checks complete within 24–48 hours, and the machine starts selling.
Remote monitoring flags low stock and machine faults automatically. We show up before it's empty and fix issues fast — always full, always running.
The difference
Traditional vending hasn't really changed since the 1990s: a motor turns a spiral and hopes the bag falls. Our machines replace that mechanism with cameras, weight sensors and a live connection — which fixes almost every complaint people have about vending.
| Aspect | Traditional coil machineMotor, spiral, coin box | Zenith & Sky smart coolerFour cameras, tap to pay |
|---|---|---|
| Buying something | Punch in a code, hope the spiral turns far enough | Tap, take what you want, close the door and you're charged |
| Paying | Exact change, or a bill validator that spits back anything creased | Tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, chip cards — no cash at all |
| When it goes wrong | The bag hangs on the coil, the money is gone, and your front desk hears about it | Four cameras confirm what actually left the shelf — nothing taken, nothing charged |
| What it can sell | Only what survives a three-foot drop — bagged and boxed snacks | Nothing drops, so fresh salads, sandwiches, eggs, ice cream and glass bottles all work |
| Product placement | Fixed lanes — every item has one assigned slot | No lanes at all. Put anything anywhere; the cabinet still reads it |
| Knowing what's inside | Nobody knows until a driver opens the door on a fixed route | Live stock levels stream to us — we route to the machines that actually need it |
| In your lobby | A scuffed beige box with a faded sticker | A clean, LED-lit glass front that looks like it belongs next to reception |
Machine options
Every placement uses the same 28.6″ × 31.2″ × 80.6″ chassis — so the space you clear today works no matter what you stock. We configure it as a refrigerator, a freezer, or ambient shelving, and you can change your mind later.
The default for break rooms and lobbies. Cold drinks up front, grab-and-go food behind glass — everything held between 33 and 44 °F.
The same cabinet, run as a freezer. Ice cream and frozen meals turn a break room into the reason people stay on site for lunch.
No refrigeration at all — pure shelf-stable snacking. The quietest, lowest-draw option, and the easiest one to tuck into a hallway or mailroom.
One spec sheet
Because every unit is identical on the outside, you never have to re-measure. If frozen turns out to sell better than ambient at your site, we swap the configuration — the footprint doesn't move.
Where we place
If your building has steady daily traffic and a spare outlet, it likely qualifies.
Service coverage
We run our own routes locally, which is why service calls get answered same-day instead of getting queued behind three other states.
Outside these areas? Ask anyway — we're expanding along the Front Range.
FAQ
The questions every property manager asks us in the first five minutes.
Nothing. No purchase, no lease, no monthly fee, no service invoices. We own the machine and earn from product sales, so the placement costs you the wall space and a few dollars a month of electricity — nothing else.
We do — all of it. Restocking, cleaning, maintenance and monitoring are handled by our own local team in Colorado Springs. The machine reports live inventory and faults to us, so we usually know what it needs before you do. There's nothing for your staff to manage.
The cabinet is 28.6″ wide × 31.2″ deep × 80.6″ tall. Plan about 31″ of wall width with clearance; it clears a standard 34″ doorway. Banking more than one? Roughly 57″ of wall for two, 86″ for three.
Power is a standard grounded 120V outlet — no hard-wiring and no plumbing. Connectivity runs over your Wi-Fi or the machine's built-in cellular, your choice.
Often, yes. Larger sites — offices, schools, campuses and busy gyms — frequently support two or three units. We look at foot traffic, demand and what's already on site, then give you an honest recommendation.
Space-wise, plan roughly 57″ of wall for two machines and 86″ for three.
The refrigerated configuration regulates between 33 °F and 44 °F, logged and alerted around the clock. Frozen runs −10 to 0 °F.
Interior volume is 24.6″ × 27.9″ × 64.8″ — up to 336 × 20 oz bottles, more than most coolers on the market.
A balanced mix of healthy picks, familiar favorites and fresh grab-and-go food from trusted brands, plus trending new items. Because nothing drops, salads, sandwiches, eggs, ice cream and glass bottles all work alongside the usual snacks and drinks.
Absolutely. We build the starting mix around proven top sellers and your input, then adjust it based on real sales and feedback from your team. We can also run product sampling events to test new options before they earn a permanent spot.
No. There are no coils and no assigned slots. Four cameras on the door frame cover the cabinet from opposite corners, so the AI reads the whole shelf rather than a fixed grid — you can mix and match categories and lay the planogram out however works best for your building, and change it any time without calling anyone.
Every machine is 100% cashless: tap-to-pay, Apple Pay, Google Wallet, and chip & swipe cards, with digital receipts.
Card acceptance depends on the payment provider on your unit. PAX takes Visa, Mastercard and pre-paid cards, but not Amex or Discover. Cantaloupe takes major credit and debit cards, but not pre-paid cards.
At the end of every transaction the shopper can flag a wrong order. That triggers a review and cart correction — the correct item is charged and a corrected receipt is issued. Refunds are handled by us, not by your front desk.
Yes. The canopy is a high-quality LED display with native video playback at 1920 × 540. We can run building announcements or tenant notices alongside product promos and update them remotely.
Typically every 1–2 weeks, but the schedule follows live sell-through rather than a fixed calendar — we route to the machines that actually need it. Faults and temperature excursions are reported to us automatically, and service calls are answered same-day.
Yes. Our team is fully trained on these machines — maintenance, inventory management and product selection — and the same local people who service your machine are the ones who answer your calls.
Most placements go live 7–10 days after approval. Once the machine is in its final position and powered on, activation and standard health checks complete within 24–48 hours.
No. There's a simple placement agreement covering access and liability — it isn't a purchase or a lease, and there's nothing to buy. Commissions are available at qualifying high-volume locations; ask and we'll tell you honestly whether your site is one.
It depends on your agreement. Many contracts only cover traditional coil vending, which often leaves room for a smart cooler. We're happy to look at it with you, and if there's room, we'll shape our product mix to complement your existing machines rather than compete with them.
